Web apps built around how your business works.
Customer portals, booking systems, dashboards and internal tools, designed and built in Lincoln by a developer who has built them for Uptime, Go-Ahead Group and Symphony SPARC. You get software that fits the way your team works, rather than the other way round.

What’s included
Mapped to your process
We start with how the work happens today, who does it and what it connects to, before writing any code.
Logins and permissions
Secure accounts with the right access for customers, staff and admins, and an audit trail where it matters.
Connected to your systems
APIs and integrations with your CRM, accounts package, payment provider or existing database.
Fast and dependable
Built with Next.js, React and TypeScript, tested, monitored and hosted on AWS or Vercel, in the UK where it matters.
Released in stages
A working version early, then regular releases your team can use and give feedback on. No big reveal at the end.
Documented and handed over
Clean, documented code your own developers can run, or ongoing support and improvements from us.
What a web app costs
Web apps start at £3,000. The biggest cost drivers are the number of user types and permissions, connections to other systems, payments, and how much of an existing process needs to move across on day one.
The cheapest web app is one that does a single job well. We’ll help you decide what belongs in the first version and what can wait, so you start using it sooner and spend money only on what proves useful.
Web apps we’ve built
- Uptime: a B2B customer portal alongside a website redesign.
- Go-Ahead Group: a contactless mobile web app, B2B APIs and an internal admin app.
- Symphony SPARC: a web app and the APIs behind it.
We also worked on an internal data visualisation app for Levi’s demand planning and merchandising team. Web apps can include AI features too, such as drafting documents or answering questions from your own data. See AI consulting.

Common questions
How much does a web app cost?+
Web apps start at £3,000 for a focused first version. A simple internal tool sits at the lower end; customer-facing platforms with payments and several integrations cost more. You get a fixed quote once the scope is agreed.
What is the difference between a website and a web app?+
A website mostly tells people about you. A web app lets them do something: log in, book, order, manage an account or run part of your business. It works in the browser, so there is nothing to install.
Can you replace our spreadsheets?+
Often, yes. If your team keeps the business running from shared spreadsheets and email, a small web app can remove the copying and pasting, cut mistakes and show everyone the same up-to-date information.
Can it connect to the systems we already use?+
Usually. Most CRMs, accounts packages, payment providers and booking tools have APIs. We check what is possible during scoping, before you commit to a build.
Who owns the code?+
You do. The code lives in your repository and the hosting sits in your accounts, so nothing is locked to us.
Can you work on an app we already have?+
Yes. We start with a short review of the code and hosting, then tell you plainly what state it is in and what it would take to improve it.
